Shopping at COOCOOMOS is very easy:

  • Use the WOMEN, HOME, ACCESSORIES or SHOES links.
  • Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'CART' link at the top of the page right.
  • Click on 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order.

You can shop at COOCOOMOS without creating an account.
However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Review past purchases.
  • Request a return or exchange directly from your account.
  • Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List.
  • Preview our new collections and register your interest for your favorite pieces through our seasonal Lookbook.
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party.

We accept PAYPAL, PAYSERA, MOKĖJIMAI.LT or Direct Bank Transfer “SWEDBANK”. All payments are processed through a secure checkout. If you would prefer to place an order by telephone, you can call Customer Care on +370 653 82225 (from a mobile or internationally), 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

To re-set your password, follow the “LOST YOUR PASSWORD” instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

You are currently viewing the INTERNATIONAL version of our website. If you are shipping to Europe or all other destinations, your order will be charged in Euros.

  • In Lithuania the goods are delivered within 1 or 3 working days and is free of charge.
  • In Europe the goods are delivered within 1 or 2 weeks and is charged 20 EUR.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Most countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.
However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Making a return or exchange is easy. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date you bought goods. Before returning goods you must contact us by email: info@coocoomos.com. Returning quality goods return (delivery) cost is paying Buyer.

Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order within 5 working days of receiving the goods or as COOCOOMOS store credit. The money for the shipping costs is not refundable.

For defective goods exchange or refund must be requested by email: info@coocoomos.com within 14 working days from the date of order. Damaged goods are changed into quality or money is refunded. Seller agrees to refund money within 14 working days, when it is confirmed that the product is in proper condition, i.e. not damaged, destructed and etc.

You can buy a COOCOOMOS gift card in Euros (EUR) by following these steps:

  • Select GIFT CARD on the bottom of HOME page right side.
  • Choose the amount, enter the recipient's name (and email address for virtual gift cards), include a personal message, and then add the gift card to your shopping bag.
  • Virtual gift cards are emailed directly to the recipient.
  • You will be notified by email as soon as your virtual gift card has been dispatched.
